We believe that in order to perform building inspections, an inspector must have extensive construction knowledge.  Unfortunately, this is not the norm in the industry.  Too often, inspection companies are geared towards pleasing the realtors and not the customer.  Home buyers often let their realtor choose the inspection company for them, and this could lead to the selection of a franchise or weak construction based inspector. Quite often, the only serious training they have is on how not to break a deal.  Our goal is to use our 25 years of construction, engineering, a/c, and electrical backgrounds to give our customers the true analysis of the property.  With an average inspection time of 3 hours and a detailed narrative report with photographs and repair cost estimates, our customers are fully protected.
